Seaworld is a Joke

It amazes me that a company can be this inept. YOUR actions have created a toxic culture, low employee morale, and zero trust.
YOUR actions made sure good employees didn’t come back from furlough because of personal vendettas
YOUR actions have dismantled this place to the point that everyone is talking about unions.

You can send your HR kid over everyday but he will never learn how we are voting.

START HIRING PEOPLE THAT HAVE A CLUE.

I'm not big on organized unions, but i see no other way to protect myself, my family, and my friends from the tyranny of SR and the SEA corporate management.

When the vote comes, and it will come, I will vote "YES"

An employer will get away with what they can to maximize profits. You are not powerless. Unionize. WIN WIN. just about every study shows that unionized employees are happier employees. Why?
Because your single voice turns into a collective voice and you have someone fighting for you. Your union, under the Duty of Fair Representation, MUST fight for you.

Seeing the best volunteering to leave the company speaks loud and clear. The one who just left Aquatica was a shock and a huge lose. He worked harder than anyone in management. Makes the rest of us want to walk!

Aquatica is a joke too. We just lost one of our best assistant supervisors in G.A.. He didn't have a job and still resigned. They don't care who leaves. He was such a hard worker. We are all miserable at the parks.

Let’s make this easy. The HR guy that looks young. Is friendly and means well but is a bone head when it comes to union stuff. Or what makes people want to join a union or be in a union. Thats it.

What is perplexing is how you think reducing our staff and not replacing those that resigned is helping our situation. Safety should be paramount especially during COVID. Yet SEAS cares more about money. I feel very badly for the Disney defectors. This will be a rude awakening
