It seems every day I go into work I see another new sign about "yOuR hEalTh AnD sAfEtY cOmEs FiRsT" ... Which i've already referenced how these signs are basically outright lies, (see @OP+166mM8NG). And every time anyone complains about anything covid related the first thing that comes out of their mouth is "tHe SaFeTy Of OuR cOlLeAgUeS aNd CuStOmErS iS oUr ToP PrIoRiTy!!!"
Guess what Macy's, I can put a bunch of signs on my house saying i'm a millionaire, but does that make it the truth? NOPE! (clearly because I continue to work at Macy's). Stop with the publicity signage and non-stop PA announcement and start actually making things safe and health conscious.

Its like another famous person in Washington saying things and being repetitive, but does that make it tru, no!!! We've heard the c—p so often that we Re desensitized to it all. It won't be long the plug will be pulled very soon. Take a look at online merchandise and it speaks volumes.

Macy’s just made corporate employees take a “culture survey” and it was mostly questions about how well they’ve been handling racial discrimination and BLM. They survey was such bs and it was just Macy’s pandering bc all they care about is their public image. We get our news about layoffs and furloughs from the evening news and social media then the pos CEO decides to let their “valued” employees know in a corporate email a week after the news has already broke. Also laying people off before the holidays. Oh and Jeff received a 7 figure bonus as well as his direct reports as he continues to fire people to save money for his own greedy pockets. Everything Macy’s preaches about is to save face. They truly don’t stand behind anything they preach in their bogus town halls and their repetitive use of how their employees come first. It’s all bs.
Ceo might get a bonus if his workers all get Covid and leave the company for good.
