My manager just got informed us on Sept 6 we will be open on Sunday and also going back to 7pm. It was nice while it lasted.

The “New Normal” starts October 1st.
I say just call your DM, Director, VP every half hour after 5pm and ask where the ______ are at, or ask how things are make them suffer they are “retail” leaders so they should be retail hours. You get enough stores not showing up on a Sunday they will change back. It’s just getting ready for Christmas or as the company would say holidays and or Q4. Yes I get there are multiple holidays but let’s face it it’s a Christmas push. We have bosses and not leaders.
Get back to work you losers, this is retail. I want my contacts transferred on Sunday. Don't forget to pitch HUM either. Change energizes us !

So hey Verizon leadership.. what happened to knowing our schedule 4 weeks out?!?! Now so many people were were told off Sunday sept 6 are now being told.. you must work..

Back to the c-appy shifts and store hours, upgraded denim shirts and my all time favorite team(less) commission. What else can this company do to completely flatten morale? Oh wait that’s right can’t request a change day off no pay. I really wish someone would start a union.
Back to 8pm and open Sundays. All regular hours. So much for "we'll phase back into regular hours"
