I am tired of low pay, metrics being crammed down my throat, and layoff games. Im ready to have a job that I care about and at least halfway cares about me. I’d be happy to walk away with some extra pay and find something different? Anyone else feel that way?

I’ve been with Allstate for 8 years. This is the first time that I’ve heard about layoffs. I recently moved from personal lines to ABI. I’m worried. This is not the economy to be looking for work
I left a leadership role, with no pay, no job to go to, during a pandemic, because of how horrible of a place Allstate has become. If you’re not already out, I highly recommended leaving ASAP.
Why do they keep roadside?? Losing $$’s for years.

I am really sick of this bs, metrics, cleaning up messes from va adjusters that don’t call the customers and fixing major messes from the abo.. but I’m scared of losing my income and health insurance
I absolutely would take the severance! I am sick of this! Its effected my health tremendously and I just want to be happy!
