ESURANCE AND GENERAL ADJUSTERS

What are you being told by higher ups and how are things changing for your organization? As you can see, it is complete chaos here at Allstate. I think it would be helpful if we kept each other in the loop.

Interesting fact that Esurance LDU was safe because Allstate LDU is under assessment.

Nothing. My manager was assessed and doesn't know anything either.

There are processes that are cost efficient and processes that aren't cost efficient. The company is giving IQ tests to figure out who can easily adapt, jettison the the inefficient departments, and retrain the retrainable. People are in effect reinterviewing for new jobs. Good luck!

It’s pretty much the exact same communication that any Allstate group has had. Former Esurance employees attend the same town halls and receive same emails. The ones who had been selected to take assessments have taken it (pretty much all attorney and non attorney injury reps as well as non injury and injury managers), while non injury adjusters (LDU reps) were safe
