Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

The Future

Imagine if you will, an Allstate organization where the Good Hands are severed and there is no “Fast, Fair, and Easy” for our customers. Customers used to be able to get through to an agent or someone who cared, now they are forced to log-In, download an app, accept under-paid claim settlements, talk to someone in India that reads from a script. The list goes on. Slow, unfair, difficult not fast, fair, and easy. It’s hard to complain to a manager or agent if you can’t even reach someone. It’s hard to be the most advanced claims organization on the planet if you are constantly looking for corners to cut on cost.

After having been an Allstate ambassador and gotten all of my friends and family to switch to Allstate, I let them know that Allstate is going the route of the cut rate carriers.
I noted that there will not be sufficient staff to give the service they are paying for and the out sourcing,
Etc.
I no longer want my name associated with this company to the people closest to me.
