The only thing unions are good for is ensuring that its members get regular pay raises. Other than that, what has the union done for you? Union environments protect the lazy and worthless, and don't allow the hard workers that go the extra mile to be rewarded and compensated for their extra efforts. Unions served a purpose before the nation had labor laws, but are now outdated. Abolish them all!
Unions don’t prevent employers from critiquing employees or disciplining them or firing them. They do create a fairer system when it comes to layoffs, vacation, discipline, job assignments etc. Unions are good for the working people, not corporations.
I agree that’s why Lance and Vena need to be fired.
We get rid of the Union we can make the railroad great again. Instead we have 3rd generation GOB club railroaders. In the end they’ll just hire scabs. These guys think the rr owes them something. Yeah it’s called retirement. Until then UP owns you.
