How about the ones that get severance ..... all put there money together and also find an investor and create a new ins company all of the talent will be there already as Allstate dosent appreciate us

No. Too many insurance co’s already. Take the monies and pay off debt or put into mutual fund. Then go work at another job. Get out of insurance. They do not like to pay employees as they are considered overhead and the wrong kind of expense in this day and age.
