You folks should start fighting for a Union now before it's too late. Vzw hides that truth about things they don't want you to know ..even thought the writing is on the wall. Don't believe the lies they tell you about forming a Union or about CWA. Don't he duped by this company...you all deserve to be treated better with dignity and respect. The company is afraid for you all to come together and form a union so they instill fear in you and preys and plays on it...open your eyes folks..FIGHT BACK!!!! ...FORMING A UNION IS THE WAY....Don't wait till it's too late...standup and say enough is enough...be angry you have the right to...what vzw is doing as a company to y'all is not cool at all don't accept it!!!
Us that are left in retail management do not even get a day off any more it never stops we keep getting more and more stuff dumped on us daily and it never ends there is not enough time in the day for what they want us to do. You guys see about 10 percent of the stuff. This is literally death by mircomanagement. Trying to keep a team motivated to sell with this commission structure is a losing battle we are not sales locations anymore but we are service centers. Touchless is the stupidest thing we have ever done we do not get paid on it who cares the only person who get paid on it was the person who idea it was I am sure if the company finishes at a certain target they get a nice payout. Do not even get me started on headcounts people are leaving everyweek like clock work. Since the beginning of the year the company has probably closed between 100-150 locations but no one talks about that.
The safety protocol has just about been forgotten in the stores? The Sms are not even greeting people they are making the reps go outside and do it. And they command you to do it while they are doing nothing! What hypocrisy! They should set the example and they don't! They let down the team everyday! It will only take 1 asymptomatic person to be let in the store then watch the real issues begin.
Nah they would have done it when the done did it. Krista does like people in fear so that is the only reason I can see this. Pretty sad all these leaders shoveling 2.0 leadership but still live in a 1.0 world.
Of course more stores will close. There are 30 million or perhaps even more that are out of a job.
