7-oct is date for US and most of APJC
No webletter according to the last leaders update. They weren’t totally clear, but left the impression it would be in person.
U-Oct is the date for “US and most of APJC”.

More than likely a 1:1 w/ your mgr. The calls are usually scheduled after-hours the night before the notice date. I've never known Cisco to do LRs via web letter, but if you are LR'd you will get a lengthy document specifying all the details and legal mumble-jumble, after your 1:1.
