Just wanting to confirm with others here that we are to wait until 10/16 at the earliest to sign the severance agreement. Is that how others understand the verbiage in the packet?
A few folks thought they had to sign right away but I understood the documents to instruct us to wait until on or by 7 days after termination date which is 10/16.
