Stop telling us to focus on the customers. Honestly no one cares about the customers right now. The employees livelihoods is on the line and we care 10x more about ourselves and our paychecks than we do the customers. If Allstate is worried so much about their customers, they need to do more to focus on them. However, claims employees don’t care right now. Until Allstate cares, the employees at the bottom won’t.

Agreed! how can we take care of customers if our company doesnt take care of their employees?! and im sure Allstate will lose a lot of customers who dont agree with what Allstate is doing to their employess.

You guys talk about Indian ppl like they arent ppl. They live, breath, eat and have families just like us. Indians are taking the job offered just like we did. In fact, they dont have any benefits, they have lower pay and they most likely dont work from home. If anything, Allstate and other companies need to be held accountable for these abhorrent practices of outsourcing to exploit labor. Let's not blame the victims.
