it was already bad before i was laid off last year and posts here make me think it only got worse...

It’s definitely in the toilet, but I think it still has room to go lower, when the remaining few are loaded up with excessive work from their laid off colleagues and metrics increase to completely unattainable levels people will really shut down. There is still a glimmer of hope now. Also when they likely slash benefits again and no one gets a raise next year. Don’t underestimate how little corporate America cares about the worker bees

No it hasn’t hit rock bottom. Morale will only get worse. Whether we are let go out are safe the aftermath will be horrific.
