No Runners in women shoes in a-lot of location and something is happening here

friends in other stores also just lost their runners in shoes and they are all exhausted from running up and down the steps. my point to all of this is why? is it all going to open sell? is it just running everyone into the ground so they quit? ( that's what it seems like) I also read that JG the magic donkey balls is making the big dinosaur park outside the mall. meaning hes looking closely at opening a free standing Sh–box Macys with No runners or Security guards.. did the get the retails going down faster than Georgia rain Memo?

Our store went open sell around a year ago. Be prepared for massive theft.

The open-sell shoe department model has been in the works for awhile now; pre-pandemic for sure. It was started in a few pilot doors; and works! It was only a matter of time for it to be rolled out to all. Unfortunately, consumers have changed. If they do even want to come in person a ‘department store’ over shopping online or going to a ‘shoe store’; they prefer self serve. I know I do ... one thing I always hated about department store shoe departments. If I see a shoe I like, in my size, I try it on and buy it. Done. I don’t need to wait around for someone to go check if my size is even available and wait again ... it so unnecessarily time consuming.

Don't need runners when you go open sell. That's the way of the future....DSW, Broadway, several other chains are open sell. Open sell and no commission. Wait for it.

There is a free-standing Macy's in the KC market. One of the newest stores up there. It's been downgraded to Neighborhood status and will probably be closed. So, yeah, good luck with that.

Yes. He clearly stated off-mall, off-price freestanding Backstages are coming beginning 2021.
