No. Can’t layoff until yearend. (i.e. post 2020).

JPM and GS announced layoffs 2021. Yes, same agreement.

Yes/No. If it breaks-even chances are no. If it loses money you betcha! So keep an eye on EPS

Most probably no-layoff cause many those who are capable to finding better role and pay have left on their own, if they layoff, who is going to do the job. Obviously, those who are left are not capable of doing automation but at least they can run pre-written scripts. Ignorance is bliss!

This company will continue to lay off people, PERIOD.
Be ready, especially if you got a BE. One is all it takes.
My first was my only. They did me a favor by laying me off actually.

Oh they are coming. Managers were asked for names for 10-20% of their staff.
