Unbelievable, on my call today with the VP they stated that they are looking at performance once a store hits a 1.3 if it drops then quotas go up. So if you preform they raise quota but if you can. No longer make money and stop pushing your quota goes up. Maybe don’t stop us at a 1.3 or move DM and above to the same plan and I bet you will be able to make a 2.0 check again. Don’t let the DMs lie to you and say theirs changed too. So much for the ONE TEAM.

Can someone please re-word this post? It is written poorly and I'm having a hard time understanding it. Are you saying that if you exceed quota for a few months, then the following month don't do as well that they will raise the quota attainment goal so you can't make as much?
The way it is written is "once a store hits a 1.3 if it drops then quotas go up" which doesn't make sense. If someone could explain its appreciate it as I'm very interested in this, as last month our store did well and hit a few multipliers.

That’s the exact same thing they have done for the last 13 years. Nothing has changed. They budget the amount they want to pay out for commissions at the beginning of the quarter. Obviously they don’t want to go over budget so if stores/reps (used) to perform well quota goes up. Sh– I was up 50% yoy once and just barely hit quota. I was a indirect account manager before I was laid off

No they don’t. Everyone has the EXACT same multipliers. Goals will differ from district to district obviously but everyone maxes out at 1.3.

The issue isn’t who has what for multipliers it’s that Verizon is not capable of setting a fair quota. So you either sandbag and make little commissions or your multiple to make little commission the following month.

Just drop commissions all together instead of blatantly fck-ing us and telling us how much better we have it.

The OP is 100% correct. Managers have a different at risk and multiplier schedule then Solution Specialists. One team different pay structure.
