I have been with Allstate for a few years now. Moved from CA to AZ to keep my job with a company I was proud to work for. Allstate has done a full 180. What was once a upstanding company has gone in the gutter.
Laying off the best managers, keeping managers who don’t care about their teams.
Allstate is a disappointment. I have put in my notice. I foresee more layoffs in the future. This is no longer a company that cares about its employees. This is now a Corporation that cares about the bottom line and money.
It’s sad how greedy Allstate has become.

what ca. office were you from. I was in roseville til 3/19. lots of my co-workers went chandler.would be interested who went there and now got laid off.

Still waiting for my call. They laid off my entire team.. but haven’t called me .. I’m getting mad on top of my anxiety.
That is horrible. I'm sorry–I think what happened to the CA people s—s. It's horrible all the way around, no doubt, but CA went thru turmoil just 2 years ago
