Whoever Allstate got to do this layoff are the most insensitive, stupid and dumbest people. How could anyone believe that it's okay to have everyone hanging from a thread for 3 months, then have us suffer this whole week and for those layoff then another 60 days. Do you think that is a smart way to be productive? YOU GUYS MUST BE USING D–gS

But you will get a severance package if you eat your sh– sandwich with a smile. Let’s not forget they will likely do everything they can to disqualify you for every if you don’t meet or exceed your objective goals. And watch out for that goalpost...that will be pushed back too.
