Just take a look at MP and JD's stock options. Wealth disparity anyone? Something is seriously wrong when you have 2 people sitting on >$350M of vested options and locking up >$50M in your first 6 months, respectively, all while having layoffs/not offering merit increases/having the worst quarter in YEARS.

Using the lost revenue from COVID as an excuse to lay people off, while the stock price was steadily climbing, was pure BS.
And now, the first quarter earnings are in and they blow Wall Street's projections. Great time to feel good about the stock price and see hundreds (or more) of your fellow workers hit the streets via layoff's. It's going to be a great Public Relations month!
They didn't get rich by writing a bunch of checks.
