I’m one of those who so far have ‘survived’ this round of layoffs. Am I grateful that I have a job - yes. However I am ABSOLUTELY angered and horrified that so many damn good people were given the boot. The company gave 60 days and severance - this in no way shows appreciation to employees who dedicated their time and gave their loyalty. This company is by far one of the worst.

As one of the 30+ year employees affected, thank you for that. I wish you well and happy you are safe. It does feel like the soul of this company has been destroyed. The one thing that was always steady was respect and dignity. That’s how long gone.
Country Financial gives two weeks regardless of tenure. That company is the worst.
