If you got an invitation for a meeting at 3PM it means that you’re saved. You won’t be laid off. The meeting will provide information regarding the next steps for those that weren’t laid off.

The 3pm meeting is for claims. Underwriting comes under RIF review in the next few weeks.
What about underwriting? No appointment invite here.
So what about those of us in claims who did not receive the 3pm appointment AND have not had any other meetings to tell us our fate? I know many including my entire department who are in that boat.
This is just the beginning of the end. So seat comfortably, grab your popcorn 🍿 and enjoy the show 😉
Each time they say you’re safe, I mentally put a THIS TIME next to it
Can confirm. 3pm meeting is the “you’re safe” meeting.
I still am gonna skedaddle when a better opportunity comes. I’m so sorry to those who will be left and do those Allstate did dirty by this whole process. I only started here a little time ago and I...I just don’t want to do it anymore. I hate this. I hate feeling nauseous coming to work everyday. I feel physically pain clocking in and before every call.
I honestly wish I could give this “safety” to someone else.
How does this person really know that???
3pm central?
3pm meeting equals your soul being sold to el Diablo
I really shouldn't complain. Nothing really has changed for me. I still have a job, I still have income, I still have benefits. Those things are important. Everything for me is the way it was in April before any of these announcements.
No, the only thing I lost in this process is respect for Allstate.
