21% of CSO office were given their 60 day notice yesterday, most of them were tenured people who excelled in their position. But not one single member from the “new” team, who have all worked for Allstate for less than 2 years was let go. Allstate only cares about cutting cost even if it means cutting their most experienced and loyal employees. I’m so fearful for what is to come. Transformative growth can go to hell.
