When will management finally be successful in cutting our way to profitability? Could it be that the answer is never, considering that they've been trying and failing for how many years now?

We are profitable. VERY profitable. They just want even more. Employees mean nothing!
I was an associate director laid off this year. I was blindsided after 20 years of 4 and 5 on MAPs. I hated UHC when I worked there and hate it even more now gone. Finding a job in this market is tough and demoralizing. I was fortunate to land a great job but many are struggling
Maybe somebody should tell them that "if you fail, try again" doesn't really apply in this case...
