If we have PTO do we still get that in a check if we are let go?

Schedule it all now, you can always cancel it later
Yes, you get PTO that has been “earned” but not used. If you look in your pto bank it technically accures by the day.
Iirc, it depends on the state and, absent that, Allstate itself.
I do believe they will pay you out for it.
