Heard some CSL’s, 1 RCL and a few processors were given their notices today. Such a sad day today. It seems like a vast majority of adjusters are ok. Who really knows though. I guess in 60 days we’ll see

Was talking about SWCSA. I was told the RCL in oklahoma is being eliminated.
CA office or SW CSA? SW CSA has 3 female and 1 male in the Chandler office and 2 male not in AZ.
Both RCLs at the chandler office are female so I am confused since the poster below me said he rather than she.
2 RCL’s in the Chandler office...I’m on a team of 10 adjusters and 4 were given notice. My RCL was given notice, no regard to the dedication he has put in to make a successful office. I have worked for different offices and have never had a RCL who has been so motivating and transparent with their office to help build a genuine team bond. Definitely changes my perspective of a company who once treated their employees with respect.
Vast majority of adjusters NOT OK! The two top performing adjusters on my team were let go, along with my CSL. Individuals who are held in very high regard! Meanwhile, the lazy, incompetent adjusters on my team stick around. I’m beyond words
