What they are doing right now, honestly. I know 90% of you all disagree, but that’s a fact. 14 regions acting essentially like 14 different companies is not efficient at all. It s—s for those losing their jobs, yes, but this is what has to be done.
IMO there's really no saving Allstate. As long as their primary sales channel are agencies (tucked away in strip malls between the vape store and the nail salon). It's an anachronistic model but nobody has the courage to admit it let alone a plan to shift to the 21st century.
I’d get Allstate out of the stock market and put it back to a mutually held company.....

Get better systems that employees use. NG is so not easy to use and it doesnt link very well with LAT. I feel bad for everyone who is left. More work the adjusters and trash systems to use.
Get rid of all the leadership and put people that have a heart in the positions, a high EQ, real transparency, and someone that doesn’t need f...ing 1.4 million a year. Being number 1 is not necessarily the primary goal for a company. How much of a profit is enough!! If you have layoffs out of real necessity do it with a heart not a script. Understand that some of us can’t just move on the next day with a c-apload of work. It feels awful! Have empathy.
