I guess it's better than nothing, however maybe pay us what you would have contributed towards our Healthcare costs for the length of the severance package. Isn't that part of our TOTAL COMPENSATION? It would be greatly appreciated.

Why are you screaming and spelling words wrong?
They subsidized the health care through the end of the year. My understanding is you will pay the same amount you have been paying each month. It's much better than COBRA which was quoted at $1887 a month.
They didn't have to do this and they have NOT done this in the past. I for one am grateful for the health care to the end of the year.
Another thing that would be greatly appreciated is following up the day of the layoff with our letters- once again sit and wait and get it figured out because there are no instructions or guidance, just a lost employee that needs to get over it and work.
