I start a new job 11/1 with a hugger band and increased STI target percentage. Will my STI in Feb be based on my new job and new target, or prorated? Thanks!

Unfortunately the way that the STI targets are going, there probably won’t be much in the Kitty regardless of how it breaks down. 🙁
STI Prorated. Your BPI and LTI will be planned at the higher band.
It will be prorated.
Your STI will be prorated. January - October at the lower target and November/December at the higher target.
