Not smart BF. People making decisions are warehouse and marketing folks with no knowledge of building software. Quality will tank as you follow AK advice. Clueless. Customers last. Employees last. Profits will follow. Fools. Listening to bad advice and promises that will not be kept.

Honestly, we are going through a reorganization. The idea was very scalable, but we simply don't have enough boots on the ground, and our visibility into the next FY is a little fuzzy.
What about that new Sway she just sent out? I'd love to hear your thoughts on her financial predictions in the blog.
By the time they realize following AK has lured the company down the wrong path it will be too late. Still a book company mentality and always will be.
BF isn’t a leader anymore. She’s following AK around and listening to all his “wise words” and lengthy experience to save a few bucks. She’s clearly not considering the wiser words and better experience from the employees she currently has.
The company is tanking and she’s driving her family-run business into the ground.
She can no longer be proud of a U.S. based company when she’s looking to India to chase the shiniest new things. And those new things will fall apart quicker than she thinks.
