I don’t even know what’s happening anymore, between trying to keep up with my workload and the constant changes, emails, meetings I honestly am drained mentally. I think I’m having memory problems from stress. I’m stilll trying to do the basic functions of my job but what they are keep changing, so many new or different processes, I’m just lost. So many of my coworkers have quit, I don’t know how they expect claims to not fall apart

If they want to fire me for working more than my required time, which I do because I want to stay on top of things and have never asked to be paid for, then that’s on them. That will be their loss.

Actually they don't have to pay OT for overages unless the OR is approved. That is within the agreement and disclaimer we will all be signing when this kicks off. In fact they will be able to put people on UN's for repeated unapproved overages.

Lucky you being salaried. Seems like you’re the one on her complaining about Kronos. Nobody else even mentioned it.

With that said, it’s micromanaging. Nobody likes to be micromanaged. But what do you care? You’re salaried. That makes you a troll. Get off the boards and go drink the kool aid.

Everyone getting all up in a tiff because the new time card system are being paranoid. If you are salary is doesn't change a thing except for how you login and logout.. we are salary they CANNOT track time and dock you if your salary. Now for the few that are hourly yes you have to account for your hour lunch and breaks sign in and out and it will pay you based on how you report so unless your trying to live the life at home and cheat the system it really isn't a big deal. The ones that hate it I can only assume aren't putting in 8 hours a day. It's also a benefit to hourly employees because if you work over 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week they have to pay OT. Quit crying about every little thing. If you dont like it there is a door!

More layoffs coming? With that new timekeeping platform coming, i can imagine that a lot of people will be begging to be laid off.

During the last Town Hall, TW, mentioned there will be another Town Hall just before Halloween and Thanksgiving. There was not a mention of whom maybe or may not be part of the Town Hall, if its all inclusive or when an notification would be sent.

Same here, I don’t see a town hall. All departments?

Probably to announce the end of current layoffs after this week's announcements. Although we all know Transformative Growth and layoffs will continue in the next few years. No one should get too comfortable.
