New machine. Well we just need new shop floor workers now and perhaps we can start to turn things around. Current lot are shocking. Some have been there 20 plus years, haven't got the bottle to step up and put themselves forward to help run things, but have everything to say about those that try.
Listen, if you are an operator, and have been your entire life, you haven't progressed and therefore should shut your trap - you haven't the right to say owt.
