How do you vote?

You might vote for him but you’ll be alone. Maybe you can chair his campaign?
He will become a politician and win on top of that. Think of the lobbyists under his thumb and the dirt he’s got on very powerful people.
Lance actually thinks he’ll become a politician and people will vote for him.
He reported all his sales. He broke no laws. Lance did exactly what the board members wanted. Raised the share price and made profits. It’s short term and now the chickens are coming home to roost. You can’t save money by doing no maintenance long term and not providing customer service
No. Nothing will be done.
Sold off 7 million of his shares before releasing UP earnings report knowing stock prices would drop dramatically (which they did) $202 per share down to $180 as of today.
The corruption on the NYSE goes all the way to our elected officials. Both sides of the isle made billions buying and selling after the closed door meetings about the pandemic. They made their trades before they announced the country was going to be shut down due to the pandemic. So in short they make laws that benefit their portfolios and it’s perfectly legal! Just watch how much airline stock will be bought by our Senators and Representatives right before they pass another stimulus. They are all GUILTY I’m our eyes yet there is no law being broke.
Not sure the purpose of this post but he’s not going to prison. There is hardly any regulation on the NYSE and he’s buys and sells legally. Union Pacific stock is a drop in the bucket compared to what goes on Wall Street. The only way company executives will be punished is if our government cracks down with some new regulation. Don’t hate the player hate the game.
Please tell me more, what did Lance do? I have been out of pocket for awhile.
So 3 for yes to insider trading.
Should he go to jail? Yes. Will he go to jail? No.
He should, but he won’t.
