Looks like Wells Fargo is having major layoffs today. How long before we follow?

wells fargo always benchmarks with BofA... you guys BoFA have same revenue and 50K lesser employees. hence we - i am from Wells are trying to get leaner.... yes we had another lay off in Wells in technology 11/17

Nah seeing how tech teams can’t pick up where another left off because others keep doing odd workarounds due to budget constraints, documentation needs to be better
BofA will have to double their tech and support staff to complete all the new documentation requirements next year - all projects no matter how small the change is... MASSIVE amount of paperwork. Back to documentation for documentation's sake!
All bets off in 2021. The list is made and executions in 2021.
Blood baths are going to happen in 2021. Wells Fargo announced theirs end of year. Many banks and corporations will start shedding next year.
Next week will give a good idea of how the Country, economy, and lay-off's will go! Let's hope people keep that in mind when they make their choices. It's pretty obvious who will bring prosperity and who will bring hand-outs and stagnation!
