Let's get back to the days of G-55 and the courage to care act. Sad that was the good ol days.

What is a more environmentally friendly way of transporting stuff over land?
Only thing kcs has that up doesn’t is deeper tracks into Mexico. Other then that kcs is basically along side UP tracks.
Is this supposed to distract us from Lance going to jail?
Union pacific will have to do something in that regard, don't know what they would have to do whether it would be a merger or buy up another R.R! I don't think any meat is left to pick off the bone, PSR has ran its course and now on to the next scheme!
Yeah it won't happen. If any of you were around when the last merger took place, then you'll know why.
They’d be better off buying someone from the East coast (rumors would have it be CSX) before they buy the KCS especially since their plan is to try to run coast to coast. But what Cramer forgets is it would have to be approved by the government and that won’t happen in either situation involving either company because UP would become a monopoly which the government has tried to avoid for years. Not to mention where does KCS run that UP doesn’t already have access to via trackage rights, and what businesses do they have that the company will want seeing as UP has been trying to get rid of the ones they don’t want now.
Who cares. The Railroad is a white dwarf headed for a black hole. Nobody wants to use rail, its outdated and pollutes the enviroment. Plus theres nothing arrogant losers who work there. Get with the times, the rail industrie is about over. Commuter rail is where the money will be.
