When are the adjusters affected getting cut off on claims? The adjusters staying don't want to be burden with unsettle claims. Affected adjusters will need time to clean up and close financials. Also when will ppl know what zone their going too??

People in LDU are quitting left and right. As someone “impacted”, with an end date of Monday 11/30, my prediction is I’ll be taken off input the Friday before Thanksgiving week.
No way they are taking adjusters off input before they have to, not with volume picking up and personnel going down.
Because the 60 days are staggered there is no set timeframe. Unfortunately adjusters that were retained will have a distribution of the unsettled claims from affected adjusted done evenly. This is part of the change in the claims area and will be part of the assigned adjusters' responsibilities. We trust and are confident the retained adjusters will be able to absorb this and complete as expected. We know there will be increases to duties and performance goals will be monitored accordingly.
