The only portfolio that citi doesn’t service is Macy’s. The only reason was Macy’s cared about quality customer service. JG doesn’t which is why he has no customer base .

This is not only happening at the call center, our store manager had to tell our store that the building had been sold to a developer and the company was leasing back and that we would eventually be closing once they decided they were ready start their project with our store.

Even if Citibank assumes all call center responsibilities, Macy’s will still profit. Citibank needs the “distribution” of sales. And, what better venue than a retail store?

Only a matter of time before we announce that Citibank will take over all of our credit servicing. MCS is no longer the special organization it once was due to continued dismantling of the talent by the blind mice in New York. It is a shame to break down the most profitable portion of our company.
