They treat their employees like rubbish! Lowes does not respect their employees at all!

Capitalism? Hardly. More like fascism–the two 'rods' of government and corporations bound together to form a single 'fasce' or rod.
Capitalism is small: you own your own business, you succeed–or fail and then succeed–based on what you bring to your market. You are in charge of you and your business.
(It must be small...let it grow too big and of course, it will attract government involvement.)
That is beautiful. And that is capitalism.
I fear that we have already given up too much of our economic freedom. We may be on the cusp of completely losing it in this country...
The truth hurts. This IS last stage capitalism. The ONLY thing that matters is executive bonuses. NOTHING else really matters. It's,brutal, bur true. And this is the case for almost ALL corporations.
Lowe’s began nudging out long term employees with the 2017 restructure. This is not new and began under the previous CEO.
Rubbish is right on the way they treat full time employees. Just like the full time schedule that thrown together with no thought or purpose.

They keep bringing in Agent Orange rejects (no people skills) and JCPENNEY management (failures). Who could forget the massive FAIL of the Appliance program at JCP? (Apparently, D.E. Shaw forgot).
