What the hell is wrong with this company. I’m up 18% to budget last month and they’re complaining that I’m 3-4 hrs over my demand?

Budget and demand //// demand takes into account that budget and that you are over. The question is.. “Is demand over budgeted hours?” I know you don’t want to hear this , but it is just as easy to be at demand than over.

They’ve cut over 100 hours out of my store when they put in aco’s. We aren’t hitting sales by 4 -5k each week, , but how can you with 2500 outs every week. Our trucks used to be 16+ pallets. We now get 11 if we are lucky.
