Is there anyone else who is nervous to see if they still have a job next month? I have been trying to keep a positive perspective the last few weeks but the closer it gets to November - the harder it is.
I know I am financially prepared for the inevitable should it happen to me, but mentally I can’t wait for it to get over with. I hope the next 3 days passes quickly.
What severance package did those who left receive

I volunteered, as I had accepted a job with a new employer. I was able to accept KM layoff on Nov . 3 & start new job late Nov!
They decided to let way too many ehs people go. Including me.

Nearly all of the Network Operations Center is being outsourced.
I do not think so, I know they like to do most things on Tuesday. But we were told we would know something by Friday. Gut feeling tells me there is still more in the works to be let go. I am in Texas and still waiting word. No one in my part of Texas has heard anything good or bad as of yet.
Are they done? It seems folks are still getting laid off Tuesday.
Between 500-600 people affected (5%) across all businesses, and at all levels.
They told us we would know by this Friday, not a word yet. It is depressing not knowing if your job will or will not be there for you.

just got off the phone with my supervisor, about 5% of workforce has been laid off.
Well they got rid of the sqe personnel.
