The common employees will just be silent. Sitting in a corner as afraid kittens.. that is the purpose of the reorg this management did..
Our competitors are Laughing and will take a lot of marketshare, especially with the weak innovation pipeline for the next 3 years.
Clean up that resume and send them out! Time to leave!
The employees who are left should really organize and form a union/work council. Execs stick together and cover each other's rears. Common employees should do the same!
