Do we know how much of ETC is actually funded by the business units? My project is funded, but am not sure all projects are what business wants

There is no ETC anymore, get on with the program.
that's what the "digital" platform orgs are. a bunch of ETC projects. they can rebrand them product lines and business capabilities. It's all about JG, BM/BB, and KC's kingdoms that no business units ever want. Just cut them all.
Then why do they pay for it? I heard 90% of ETC projects are direct billed to business
The business never wants ETC shot projects for sh– they don’t want at high a– bill rates and a bunch of Gms kingdom building as always
Should have burned ETC to the ground and run with 3rd party true experts.
