The constant tweaking of an already severely low commission plan just ticks reps off. The morale is at an all time low ....lower then the previous all time low. Using RIS as a multiplier is the biggest joke ever and it’s not to be trusted. Case in point : Our store last month lost 2 multipliers because 6 detractors came in on the last day of the month. How ironic. All month long we did super well and lost like 500 in one day. We are at the mercy of those surveys but we still don’t know how, why ,who and when each customer gets one. Two things are for sure. Not every customer gets a survey and a customer who previously did a negative survey Is automatically generated one on next transaction. It is a very shady practice to say the least.

You are being pushed out. They don’t want to severance all of you at once so you are being destroyed by a thousand cuts. Sorry but retail is not needed any more. To be blunt you are nothing but a living vending machine for phones. These things sell themselves. The online ordering has surged during covid which pushed up the plans to get rid of stores.

To the OP I agree 100%. The new team commission plan is depressing. There is zero excitement with every transaction. It’s like everyone is going through the motions and covid clerking everything. There is still a ton of silent animosity because of the individual commission change. The telesales offering absorbed a small percentage of heavy hitters and those who wanted to make their own commission. It’s time to offer a VSP (voluntary severance package) and get new hires in that don’t know any better with the old commission structure.
