Pat's convoluted answer to the question about VIC and where GED stands today was riddled with management speak. The take away was that there will be no bonuses. How can you reach a goal when no one is clear on what the goal is?

GE is GE. Bonuses are not always merit related.
No mgmt in this business deserves a bonus.
Bonuses? Seriously? Bonuses should be for performance. Not a soul worthy of a bonus in the whole lot.
All the DT employees LPBs globally that moved to Aviation not only lost their bonus they are not eligible anymore. Just SPBs now are eligible. So Digital will be next.
What are the plans for GED?
Doesn’t sound as bad as you make it to be. I just watched the recording. Though it does sounds like Pat is answering in a way that no bonuses is still a possibility.
