I would like to believe we can rise from the bottom but it’s not looking good when so many good people have been laid off and worthless ELT is getting millions in bonuses. It shows where their priorities lie, and it’s not for the betterment of the company. Decisions being made at the highest levels should benefit the company as a whole, so why doesn’t it feel that way? Even if there was a change in executive leadership I have little hope that things will improve.

There is ZERO hope or chance as long as chuck is ceo and we have the ELT we have. All need to be purged ASAP.
Vote in your proxy vote if you own cisco stock to vote chuck out.
Look at History of Nortel, Bell Labs, Lucent. Though remnants exists that is history. There is no one dominant routing vendor now. Cisco is over. move on
