Multiple Coronavirus outbreaks are happening all over the Railroad. If you feel Union Pacific Railroad isn’t doing what they are supposed to be doing, turn them into your state health officials. We are going to have to protect ourselves because no one else is going to!

For instance, the step up (or something) program. Where if, you inherit land from a family member. You have to pay a stupid percentage on the amount that it is worth compared to what it cost at the time of purchase. Something like 40%. Please raise minimum wage to 15. That way the US can eliminate the whole middle class. Lol, we are DOOMED!
Follow the carrot.
Union Pacific cares less about it's employees. You know! The ones that make it all work. When your number is called, its called. It s—s, but it is not new. Get a more stable job while you can. Biden will make sure that 60% of blue collar jobs are gone. Then tax the piss out of the middle class. Good luck people.
Since when did you discover that Union Pacific doesn't care about you or your Union brethren, especially during the Covid outbreak. To be quite honest, instead of doing layoffs, the Glass Palace is letting nature and the virus do its dirty work by selection. They don't have to worry about it.
Get rid of the draconian Attendance policy! This will help with employees health we all need to take a stand so they bring back all of our furloughed brothers and sisters. We all know that if we throw a fit nowadays you get your way especially when the media gets involved. Just a thought.
We have plenty of cases in the Los Angeles basin, yet leadership say’s nothing about it, several employees have contacted the health department, but since this company is one of the most corrupt and strongly connected. We haven’t heard anything. It’s a nonissue. Everything keeps getting swept under the rug. Management has been at the forefront of positive cases. Yet not communication to the rest of the team. Just keep working if you die then you die.
Attendance policy is going no where, no matter what your union says.
It goes hand in Gand with PSR MAXIMIZES RESOURCES OF WHICH SALARY AND BENFITS ARE THEIR LARGEST EXPEBSE
Per the railroads policy if your testing you don’t go to work for at least 10 days even with a negative result so there’s nothing they can do about it as long as you get tested.
The attendance policy is NOT negotiable since it's a policy. Another loop hole how UP does whatever its wants.
The car department declared a HIGHBALL on Covid 19. Good to go!!!!!
If your sick stay home. But you better pray you have covid because if you don't. You won't have a job because they will get you with their point. System. They give us no choice. Lay on the sword or sit on it .
When the company makes decisions that puts in at risk places that is their fault! It isn’t just us about us. When we catch it we end up bringing it home to our families as well. They can make us wear what ever they want, but until they quit making these dumb a– decisions that put us all at risk it is going to keep happening. He is right, turn them in!
We in mechanical beat Covid19. That is why they stopped the 20 minute early quit!
Multiple engineering employees now have it. They are still making us do safety meetings, town hall meetings etc. Union Pacific truly does not give a damn how unsafe it is. I called our sate health Dept today and turned them in.
Sadly co-workers are coming to work in Train Service with symptoms but are afraid to stay home because of the horrible attendance policy that was implemented. You could be terminated for taking very little time off. I sure hope for every ones sake this attendance policy is terminated.
