Is Dec 2 the actual layoff date for those notified on Oct 7, a secondary layoff date for EMEAR, or totally new round off LRs? Keep hearing that date, but can’t recall where it came from..

Dec 2, '20 is the notification date for those that chose to "stay in place" and look for internal roles not being impacted if they didn't secure a new role. It was "Phase 2" of the Workforce Transition Options. The exit date for those impacted on Dec 2 is Jan 4, '21.
