Has anyone in ATO gotten this notification? Our Director sent out notice yesterday that all Amplify writeups need to be in by this Friday (11/6) with supervisor ratings in by Sunday (11/8) and comments by 11/11.. From what I'm able to tell, this is all coming down from HR
I've never seen them pull it in this early and on this short of a notice.
Doesn't mean jack, stop making up reasons for everything. Stop trying to rationalize stupid.
We're a little later than the OP, but not unusual over the last 10-12 years. Layoffs did not follow every year. We've extrapolated September or October results for many years.
The last time I remember doing EOY results using December numbers, my company had not yet been purchased by SBC.

Layoffs are always coming. However, past history has shown performance has very little to do with who gets cut. Write you own review, put yourself in the best possible light, and look for another job.
Everytime they've done this in my area, a layoff was right behind it. Good luck.
We are due on the 11th.
Another layoff coming. For the few who kiss supervisor a– and does very little work are safe and ranked high and for the ones that are too busy working and does not kiss a– are ranked low are laid off. It's always the T way of doing business!
Nope. I had a Chief of Staff say 20th for employees as per HR then my boss said 18th.
The latter because my boss is so far up our VP's a– that nobody else gets a look in because his boots are in the way!
