I just want to say that AA has the worst technology group of any company I’ve worked for. It’s shocking how disorganized they are and how poorly they understand the real value of good IT practices. I’ve witnessed abuse of employees and failure to hire real talent. I’ve worked for many companies in North Texas and this was the worst implementation of IT or any group I’ve seen yet.
The rot starts at the top. There is a reason AA is in deep debt and behind all the other airlines. Management is the reason. If you are in IT avoid this company at all cost. Work where your effort can and will make a difference. Just not AA.
