Jay Brown and staff looking to resolve missing quarterly earnings by turning the spotlight inwards. The focus should be outwards on sales and project management possibilities. I cannot understand the direction this current leadership is taking the company, sad times.

Fiber side is putting 1/2 of the sales reps on plan, an easy way to reduce headcount. a very profitable 70 billion dollar company and we are laying off good employees in this economy? Jay Brown giving away a million dollars of Crown Castle's money to charity! How many loyal employees could he have saved if he didn't give away that money? Get out if you can, this place is going down hill fast!
Yep my spouse was laid off today too - our only source of income. We’re screwed. What a stupid move - their most profitable side! We are dumbfounded.
As one of the 57 I can confirm. Also another round coming for SC, I am told. Totally scary. I'll miss the people. Not so much the company.
