She was in charge of ATO until they replaced her with McElfresh. She was a brilliant leader, who successfully lead ATO through challenging times, until they put her over Latin American, and brought in McElfresh. We need her back to turn this sinking ship around.

yes the accountant can save us all and work some magic with the books.
She is the one that started the outsource mania to Accenture.
She has accounting degree but said that she codes but do not know the name of market database.
She did not know what AIC was going to offer for AT&T.
Yes, she said micro services hundred times with out knowing what business value it brings.
She could not translate tech jargons her directs speak into business speak.
She had to be taught about EBITA after she got promoted to president, though she had accounting degree.
She could not fathom software outside web development.
She hardly fever treated her people right. Insulted them outright in private quarters.
She wanted John Stanley position really bad.
Who recalls her with her all white suit in front of FCC?
Anyone that thinks she did any good , obviously need some history lesson on her performance.
With respect, Melissa has a nice appearance in a business suit and hard hat, but lacks projected confidence. Stank and McFresh have that, even when they are blowing smoke and they know it.
Is this because she is an accountant or not technologist, who knows. But, I bet her pay didn't go down when she left ato. Ultimately, I'm guessing if she isn't a egomaniac, taking the money and let live, she is a way better position than the 99.9% of us.
she was easily one of the biggest dingbats at the Exec level at AT&T
Nonsense. Arnoldi was over her head. Never felt comfortable. I recall one meeting where she brought a music band to the stage while layoffs were going on. Clueless and out of touch. McElfresh is not clueless. He is sleek and knows how to play corporate politics and appease Donovan and now Stankey. But he gets it. He has a plan. Plan may include more layoffs but he is focused on fiber and wireless. The rest is all on Stankey and Randall.
She was the one that said we should spend more time in the office, which was later used as an excuse to get rid of employees living outside of collaboration zones.
Bless her, maybe God sees a better spot for her in life!Truth.
No one with a degree in accounting has any business running a technology organization. I once heard her stand in front of about 200 technologists and say she was honored to be their leader and that she didn't know anything about technology. Everyone in the room looked around and said .... no s^&t.
OMG.........She was tongue tied when someone asked her the constant layoffs . Very fast talker. The T Media production of her taking charge in the face of Hurricane was hilarious , especially the helicopter footage. They pushed her aside for the appleby's assistant manager
The only difference between Arnoldi and McLovin is the plumbing. They are both hacks that will do whatever they are told to do by whomever is their boss.
So transparent Melissa, really??
She's a member of the Fraud Five (Blondie) along with Ebony, Smelly, Chubby, & Dopey.
lol - micro service, micro service, micro service, micro service, micro service, genius and so innovative
Wasn't she the one who hired a band for a town hall announcing major cost cutting and headcount reductions? Brilliant!
She was JDs girl. She got all gushy when he was around.
Lol Nice try, Melissa, but no one wants you back.
She is the reason all the Dev teams in Tech Dev were sold off to other companies. Stealth layoffs to save pension costs.
